If you are not 100% thrilled with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be received new, unused, have all tags still attached and include the original packaging. Woodstock Lodge will not accept returns that are without tags, damaged, used and/or altered.
Please be aware that any item that is returned to us with an odor of any kind cannot be eligible for store credit.
To return your purchase, please fill out the return/exchange section on the packing invoice including the reason for the return. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Include the information with the item you are returning and use one of the following methods to return your merchandise:

When you send your item please include your receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your RMA written on the outside of the package. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We will add the cost to ship your new item back to you onto your exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Exchange Department Woodstock Lodge 1084 Ogden Ave, Mississauga, ON, L5E2G6, Canada.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the shipping methods listed above. Exchanges must be made within 15 days from receipt of order. Before sending your exchange, please fill out the exchange section on the packing invoice to indicate the type of exchange you would like to make and enclose it in your return package.
As soon as your exchange or return has been received we will send you an email letting you know. Once approved, then you will receive an email including your store credit code.
And as a reminder jewelry sales are final.
Woodstock Lodge unfortunately is not responsible for packages lost or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
