Yes you can. Just go to WoodstockLodge website and click on a product you like and is available in your size and add to cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. You will not be billed for the item until it ships. We will send you an email at the time of shipment as well.

WoodstockLodge reserves the right to cancel any order and refund your order in full at any time.

With products selling very quickly online and in-store we cannot always keep up with every product that is sold or returned. Occasionally a new delivery or return may come in and not be put back into online stock straight away. If a size is not shown on a new item, please email we will be happy to help.

As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be.

You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase this item first.

It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays! Your patience is valued.

Items that are not available for immediate shipment are placed on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date that your order is placed, you will not be charged for a backordered item until it ships.

Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.

Canadian post for Canada and other major carriers will be used/offered and customer can choose from other options given upon ordering.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Woodstock Lodge account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Yes! However, some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order. 

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, American Express, and Discover. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available.

Your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, but you will not be charged until the items ship. Depending on your banking institution, a pending authorization generally takes 2-3 business days to clear.

You may have noticed a pending authorization post on your account. The pending authorization for the full amount of an order is a common bank practice to verify an account’s authenticity and to ensure it has sufficient funds.
